Name of Post: Constable

Age Limit: Candidates’ age must be between 18 and 23 years. For OBC Male candidates age be must be between 18 and 25 years, for OBC Females age must be below 18 and 26 years and for reserved category candidates age must be between 18 and 28 years. Cutoff date for determining age limit would be 01-01-2012. (Age relaxations will be extended as per Govt. rules).

Educational Qualification: Candidates must be pass outs from 10th Class.

Application Fee Details: General/BC/OBC applicants need to pay application fee of Rs. 200/- and Reserved candidates must pay Rs. 75/- at the Head Post Offices in Bihar and must obtain the application form.

Selection Process: Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Written Test and Physical Fitness Test.

How to Apply: Candidates need to obtain application format available in the post offices at Bihar, fill it with all mandatory details, attach photograph, attest signature, super scribe the name of the post to be applied for on the envelope and send it to the following address, Secretary, Central Selection Board (Constable recruitment), Back Harding Road, Patna-800001. by Registered or speed post on or before 10-07-2012.
