Job Description:
We have an urgent opening for Technical support Executive. Selected candidates will help customers establish and enhance their online presence by providing web-based technical support, product information and first-rate customer service.
• The candidate should have excellent command over English (fluency in spoken English and good written English) along with pleasing customer service skills and high energy levels.
• The candidate should be able to successfully handle customer queries on network/domain related problems, provide telephone/email based troubleshooting assistance and meet customer defined levels of

Quality in Operations
• Resolve issues pertaining to N/W, OS, H/W, MS Office, IE.
• Basic knowledge of HTML.

Functional Area: ITES/BPO/KPO/Customer Service
Should be comfortable working in shifts (05:00pm – 02:00am/ 02:00am – 12:00pm)..
 
Candidate Requirement
Required Responsibilities:

Required Experience:

• Undergraduates with Technical support Experience are eligible
• Fresher’s with experience in Field or Telesales/Customer Support in a BPO 12 months onwards
• Technical Support: 12 months onwards.
• Should be comfortable working in shifts (05:00pm – 02:00am/ 02:00am – 12:00pm).

Must possess knowledge of:
• Internet Explorer
• Windows NT / 95 / 98 / 2000 / XP
• TCP/IP (Networking)
• Printers
• Wireless Routers.
Experience: 0.6 - 5 years

Qualification: Graduate, B.E./B.Tech(Computer Sc. & Engg.), B.E./B.Tech(Computer Sc. & Engg.), B.E./B.Tech(Electronics & Communication), B.E./B.Tech(Electrical), MCA(Computer Application)

Compensation Details Salary: 1.00 Lakh to 5.00 Lakh (Indian Rupees) per annum
