Fresher Fresher -
Responsible for supervision and management of the overall project execution as per the agreed design and cost parameters.
Also responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory requirements at site .
Knowledge of civil works, supervision of contractor,s work, measurements, billing & liaison with statutory bodies.
Responsible for contract administration, project planning, scheduling and cost control.
Coordination between architects and contractors.
Maintaining strict quality control procedures - regular testing of materials, visual inspections of work, conducting regular site safety checks etc.
To work with consultants, designers and infuse valuable inputs.
